Shipping policy

EGETU products are made to order after purchase. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before an order ships. Production may take longer during peak periods or stock disruptions.

WHERE WE SHIP

EGETU currently accepts orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND ESTIMATES

Available shipping methods, charges, and the current estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout. Economy shipping is free on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Orders to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.

LOCAL FULFILLMENT, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

When available, orders are produced by a fulfillment partner closer to the delivery destination. If local fulfillment is unavailable, an order may ship across a border. Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless they are shown as collected at checkout.

TRACKING AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Tracking information is emailed after an order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different locations.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. Once production or shipping has started, an address change may no longer be possible.

DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by production or carrier delays. If tracking shows a problem or stops updating for an extended period, contact us at support@wearegetu.com with your order number so we can investigate.
