Made to order

EGETU pieces are produced after an order is placed. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before the order ships. During peak periods or stock disruptions, production may take longer.

United States shipping

EGETU currently sells through its United States market. Available shipping methods, charges, and the current delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout. Economy shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.

Tracking is emailed after the order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different locations.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to return a confirmed defective item unless we specifically ask you to.

Size, color, and change of mind

Because each item is made to order, returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection, or for a change of mind, are not accepted. Review the product measurements before ordering.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays. If tracking shows a problem or stops updating for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
